International Law
In the area of International Law, the firm is active in the preparation of legal opinions on international conventions and agreements, from governmental and non-governmental institutions, with attention to the opportunities arising from the various international norms, being prepared to serve the interests of clients in both the national and international spheres for the provision of legal assistance, whether in the proposition of claims in international bodies, or in the preparation and review of international contracts.

Migration Law
Our team has extensive experience in defending the migratory rights of immigrants and refugees, including migratory regularization, stay permits, and naturalization processes.
The office provides specialized advice in the application of norms and legislation related to the rights of migrants who seek to settle temporarily or permanently in the national territory, through the request, transformation or extension of the different types of visas, such as study and work visas, investor visas, visas for family reunion and formalization of work contracts.
The performance also reaches the processes of opening and regularization of companies in the country, regularization of immigrants' documents with the Federal Police, the Ministry of Labor and Employment, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice, Embassies, Consulates, and other competent bodies.
